LINCOLNSHIRE NETBALL LEAGUE 2010/11

The new 2010/11 Netball season will see the start of the fourth year of the LINCOLNSHIRE NETBALL LEAGUE.

This league was set up to offer our County’s Netball clubs and teams the chance to play other opposition than those in their local league.

Over the first three years our league has grown to be able to offer competition for under 11, under 12, 14, 16, 19 and seniors. The new season will see opportunities for a Veterans section to be created.

Lincolnshire Netball Committee wish to ensure all their affiliated members understand that this league is open to all abilities and is not purely a league for the “elite” teams. In particular our senior league has two divisions which could well expand into three in the next two years.

Our under 11’s play monthly – a different venue each time; under 12 and 14’s play a Central Venue League usually every other week and our U16, 19 and seniors arrange their monthly matches at home and away indoor venues.

There is the opportunity for some age groups to progress to regional and national competition.
