Urgent Action for Clubs
Urgent actions for netball clubs for 2019/20
1. Please make sure you have entered your bank details in ENgage and accepted the terms. You will need to do this even if you aren’t collecting club fees through the system. Here’s how.
2. Decide how your members will buy membership for 2019/20 and set this in ENgage accordingly. Please note: Your club's memberships are hidden by default unless you change this setting using this guidance). Find out more about both options here.

Which membership is right for me/my child?
Not sure what age category you are eligible for? You can access a calculator here, The categories are based on your age on the 1 September 2019 and are as follows:
- O18 = 19 years and over on 1 September 2019
- U18 = 18 years and under on 1 September 2019
- U14 = 14 years and under on 1 September 2019
- U11 = 11 years and under on 1 September 2019
Second Claims
We are no longer operating a system of “second claims”. This means people have more control over their membership and greater flexibility over how they get involved in the sport. People will simply join the clubs or organisations that they wish to be a part of. If they have already paid the national, county and region fees with another organisation, then the order will be cost adjusted and the elements that are no longer due will be deducted.
Should I buy a Social & Supporting membership?
The Social and Supporting membership is for non-physical volunteers (i.e. administrators), not players, officials or coaches. The full membership is for physical participants and facilitators (i.e players, coaches and officials).
